Moved house and carpet is infested with bugs. It has been fumigated but some remain. Daughters aged 11, 9 and 5 have been bitten by bugs getting into their beds. Mother has financial problems and was emotional at interview, feeling ashamed at asking for help. She was recommended by school welfare officer and is afraid for her children's health.
