Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

S is a single parent of four children who is struggling financially whilst trying to get through university. She currently shares a bed with her disabled child and bed sharing exempts mum from accessing respite care. Once her son has his own bed, mum can apply for this care. Provision of a bed, and the ability to apply for respite care, will transform family life for S and her children.

Total needed £195N, who has struggled with his finances since his wife passed away, as this was what she handled, is on a low income of Universal Credit and has no savings. He is alcohol dependent since his wife died, but is receiving support. N has agreed to move to a smaller property now he is on his own, but there are no carpets down in the house.
