Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

After a period of homelessness, and living in temporary accommodation, D has now signed for a new tenancy. He has sourced some items from a local Charity Shop, but would appreciate help in purchasing a double bed and bedding. Help with this would keep him out of debt, which he would struggle to repay, and he could source other smaller items from Charity Shops.
Still £100 left to donate
Total needed £100S is unable to work, due to sickness, and is struggling financially, due to low income. He is currently cooking on a single ring and has a microwave, but having a cooker will allow him to cook better nutritious meals. This will also improve his mental health and prevent him from slipping into a worse mental health state.
Still £150 left to donate
Total needed £150T has recently signed for a new tenancy. He struggles with many daily tasks, due to his medical condition and the medication he is on. Because of his medical condition, he is unable to work, so does not have funds to furnish his new flat. Friends and family have helped him as much as possible, but he is short of a sofa, table and dining chairs, which he is happy to purchase from a local Charity Shop. Having these will help him settle into his new home and he will be more comfortable.
