Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

Still £80 left to donate
Total needed £80R is good with his hands and very capable with electrics. He has learnt 'on the job' and has survived on cash-in-hand payments for years. However, modern times dictate that earning a living this way leads to financial hardship. R now wants to pass his eighteenth edition wiring regulations so that he can get a start with a company that will continue his continuing professional development (CPD) in-house, as he builds a career that will be a life changer. At present R is struggling and all he wants is the chance to earn a decent living.
Still £175 left to donate
Total needed £200K and her partner, who have one nursery-aged child, have had a very difficult year with lots of things going wrong at home which have created financial difficulties. K's partner has been made redundant so they cannot now afford to pay for the school dinners (free school meals are unavailable until the child starts reception) so the child cannot attend school for a full day. £125 would pay for meals for the whole of the spring term and enable the child to have a full nursery education. Thank you!
