£0 remaining for a cooker
Our client and her twin daughters, aged ten years old, have been homeless and living in temporary accommodation for some time. They now have a permanent flat, but it is unfurnished and help is needed with a cooker. Mum has spent her savings on the move so has no money to fund this. She is unable to work, due to health problems, and is dependent on benefits. Mum is keen to provide a new stable home for her children and any help you can offer would be very much appreciated.
C is a young expectant mother who has found herself with substantial debt, due to the rise in the cost of living. She has sought help from her local Citizens Advice Bureau, who are ensuring that C is claiming all the help she is entitled to and helping her with her debt. Please would you consider helping this young lady with some food shopping vouchers so that she is able to eat healthily for herself and her unborn child, and potentially purchase some clothes for her baby? Thank you!
J is a mum of five who has health issues, including arthritis, depression and anxiety. She has a substantial amount of debt which has only worsened, due to the cost of living crisis. Her struggles with money are only exacerbated by her mental health and vice versa. J is receiving help from the Citizens Advice Bureau and they have advised her that the best option is a Debt Relief Order. However, she cannot afford the fee. Please would you consider helping this lady to get on top of her debt and look after herself and her family? Thank you!
J is a very exhausted gran whose health is currently at breaking point. She is struggling day to day to manage a huge amount of laundry in a tiny flat while, at the same time, caring for her grandson who has very complex emotional needs and is doubly incontinent. Money is extremely short, as so much has to go on electricity, heating and laundry liquid. This money would cover a an extra quilt that she needs and four service washes to take the pressure off her for a month.
