£0 remaining for a tumble dryer
We first heard about this young family from the staff at school when they were made homeless and placed in temporary emergency accommodation. Unable to take any of their possessions with them, they had nothing but the few clothes they could carry. The local authority have now found a suitable home for mum and her two young children, but they need a tumble dryer as soon as possible. There is no where to dry clothing and no outside drying space either.
K has been referred to Romero by her debt worker to ask for our help. She is in financial hardship and cannot afford to repay debts that have mounted up. K has also recently had a baby, but he is in temporary care until mum can get her life back on track. K is under extreme stress which is impacting on her mental health. If you can help us to support her to apply for a Debt Relief Order, mum can begin to get her life back on track and look to a brighter future for her son and herself.

D is a newly granted refugee who has recently moved to Leeds with his wife. They have managed to rent a house, however, the house is unfurnished. As they are receiving Universal Credit, it is quite challenging for them to manage the white goods. Leeds welfare support does not have a scheme to support the family, and any support from you will make a huge difference in their circumstances.
