£0 remaining for a cooker
X, a single mother, has suffered trauma and violence for which she is receiving psychiatric treatment. She has spent time in the women's refuge. Previously, she had a house and business, with clients visiting, but has now lost all, including all her personal savings, due to her marriage break up. Her current, cramped living conditions and health issues make running a business impossible. X is living on Universal Credit, and cooking on a hot plate, so requires a cooker to cook proper nutritional meals.

L is a young man who has been homeless in a neighbouring town, but has recently been moved into our supported accommodation. He could do with a bike to get to different appointments and help him to more easily find employment, as he is currently on Universal Credit. L doesn't have a helmet or bike lock, but has already been offered a bike by someone who is keeping it by for him until he has the money to pay.
