£0 remaining for a fridge
C has been accessing support from Romero, due to housing problems, and help to access appropriate services for his disabled children. He cares for his children and his wife, who all have health problems and, as a result of this, is unable to work. C struggles to make ends meet on a daily basis. We would like to ask if you can help us to support him to buy a replacement fridge, as he cannot afford to do this and is unable to keep food. It will be such a relief for C if he can access this support.
K is a Ukrainian refugee and single mum who has managed to find and rent a private house. The house is completely unfurnished and this family needs your support to be able to purchase a fridge freezer for the house which will really help to ease their day-to-day life. K is on Universal credit and is unable to manage to afford all of the the white goods required, so any support from you will have a huge impact on this family.
L had a fire in her kitchen and her cooker was destroyed. She has two children, aged one and three, and is struggling to find suitable and affordable food which doesn't need a cooker. L has a very low income and doesn't have the funds to replace the cooker herself. Whilst she is being supported by Social Services, L hasn't been able to find financial support anywhere else to allow her to purchase a replacement.
Our client is being supported by the Community Mental Health Early Intervention team after an episode of psychosis. He is socially isolated and struggling financially, due to being in debt with several organisations, as a result of his mental health struggles. Exacerbating his problems is a lack of white goods meaning that he can't shop or cook affordably or healthily. Your support to purchase a cooker would remove one worry, and improve A's diet, helping him with his mental health recovery.
