£0 remaining for a mobile phone
Our client has been engaging with our homeless charity since March this year. Not having a phone has made engaging with the different services; immigration, job centre and his case worker, very difficult. In order to gain more independence, and a way of communicating with those he is working with, he needs a phone. Our client is currently sleeping outside and to have a phone would also mean he could call Streetlink and outreach workers.
V is living in a daily crisis. As a victim of identity fraud and financial abuse, she is still in an ongoing battle. V is now a single mother with two dependent children who is struggling to find stable employment, nonetheless, she is thriving, has a cheerful spirit and is continuously searching for means to provide. The radiator in her children's room is broken and it has been difficult to heat the home during the colder months. V hopes to be able to repair it before winter comes again.
This single mum has been relocated after receiving her indefinite leave to remain status. This has meant that she has had to leave her job and her son has had to leave his school. Currently, mum does not have any savings and is sleeping on the floor. We are seeking support to get her a double mattress so she no longer needs to sleep on the floor.
FS is an asylum seeker who is living in a hotel with her husband and eight month old baby. They fled from the conflict in Chad, due to political reasons. Her husband's father was involved in a conflict with the government and the President of Chad was killed. Those in opposition had to flee the country because the President's son is now in power and is seeking revenge for his father's death. FS and her family are here suffering in poverty and need your help with food, clothes and nappies. Please would you donate? Thank you
