R has recently been granted her Leave To Remain in the UK and has secured a full-time job in Central London, starting next week. Following a period of homelessness and destitution, R has been staying with a volunteer host in South East London. Now that R has found a job, she will start saving for a rent deposit for her own place to live.

N needs a new phone as hers is old, has needed many repairs and is on its last legs. She is a single parent who receives Universal Credit and has a lot of health issues. It would really help her to have a reliable phone, as this will make it easier to access the Universal Credit journal and to continue with her journey of sorting out her debts, with the help of Crosslight.
