£0 remaining for transport costs and clothes, essentials for baby
My client, who is seven months pregnant, was residing in inner London, but due to her lack of immigration status, was no longer eligible for housing and had to move into Home Office accommodation in South West London where she only receives £8 per week. However, my client has to travel back to inner London for her maternity care appointments. She also has severe mental health concerns so has to attend a perinatal mental health clinic regularly, which costs £7.50 for a return trip. My client would also appreciate money towards food, as she is concerned about her diet during her pregnancy, and is also in need of essentials for her baby.
This lady, a single mother of four children, is currently in temporary accommodation which she was moved to having experienced domestic abuse for sometime. The property mum is moving to is an unfurnished property and she would like to apply for a washing machine. This lady does not drive and there is no launderette near to her new accommodation. As the children have limited clothing, mum will need a washing machine
C is a single lady (47), unable to work due to many health issues and struggling with the passing of her dad whom she cared for. Christians Against Poverty (CAP) are helping her with sorting out her financial situation and budgeting. She is looking for a new fridge freezer because one of the doors broke off and cannot be repaired. Thank you so much for your kind donations.
This client's previous washing machine did not work and has been removed from the property, but she is unable to replace it. As a single mum with three dependents she therefore struggles to do the laundry. E has debts in terms of rent arrears, council tax and utility bills which are currently recovered from her benefits. Thank you for considering helping this family.
