£0 remaining for a mattress
D, who is currently sleeping on the floor, has no bed or mattress and so he doesn't really sleep at all. His mental health issues are quite severe and if he doesn't sleep, his behaviour can become quite unpredictable. D has done so well since coming out of prison and is working with us to start a new life. A mattress would make a huge difference to him. He isn't working at the moment and so his £350 per month benefits can't manage a mattress. If we can help, that would be amazing!
This couple from Hull, who are living off Universal Credit, are expecting a baby, but their washing machine has broken and they cannot afford to replace it. It would make a huge difference to their daily living, and for when baby arrives, if they could have their own washing machine in the house.
