£200 remaining for a washing machine
I am applying for funding for a washing machine for a lady that has fled her house, due to domestic abuse. My client is currently in temporary accommodation, as it is unsafe for her to return. She has no washing machine and is in a remote location where there are no launderettes in the vicinity. This lady is suffering from mental health issues, due to her experiences of domestic abuse. A washing machine would enable her to wash her clothes and make her life easier. Thank you for considering
N, a single lady who is living alone, is unable to work because of cancer and depression. Her Universal Credit has been suspended while she is being reassessed. N recently had to pay a large unexpected bill, which has left her with no money for food and other bills. Please can you help?
Mum does not work and cares for three young children, two with special needs. Dad works, but his income is low, and they are struggling to provide for the family. They have been provided with a rented home, but cannot afford beds and drawers. They are sleeping on the floor on blankets and the clothes are in boxes, and scattered over the floor. We want to help by providing a children’s bed, mattress and chest of drawers for their five year old. Praying our generous Acts 435 donors can help the family.
Our client is a young care leaver who is really struggling with his mental and physical health. He is in daily physical pain, due to a motorbike accident which left him with a bad back and nerve damage in his hands and legs. Our client is struggling to sleep, as his current mattress is very old and offers no support. His doctor and medical support team have suggested that a new mattress would be beneficial. Our client has a ten month old child who he is providing for from his very limited benefits.
