£200 remaining for emergency accommodation
V, an asylum seeker with a very traumatic background, is currently homeless, due to having been evicted from his previous Home Office accommodation, and has nowhere to go from tonight (30/09). HMSC is assisting him on an urgent basis and we have made an urgent application to the Home Office for further accommodation, however, they have not responded to date and we are today sending a very urgent legal letter.
This request is for a lady, D, who has initially come to the country from Syria, as a refugee, and is reliant on income through benefits. This limited income is not enough to provide for her and her family. Mum has one son, aged five, and three daughters, aged eight, seven and one. Mum's eldest three children are currently in primary school and have recently started the new term. It is for this reason that mum needs your support towards school equipment and clothing for her three children.
Our applicant, a young person from Chad who is undocumented/appeal right exhausted, is homeless and has no recourse to public funds. He urgently needs funding to buy food and other essentials, such as phone credit and clothing. He also needs funding to cover travel expenses to his solicitors' office. Your support would allow him to buy food and travel to important appointments with his solicitors and support network, as we would top up his Oyster card.
FK, a domestic violence survivor, is a lone parent who visits the weekly food bank to help feed her three children. Her husband walked out on her and the children several years ago, to live with another woman. The children tried to build a relationship with him, but failed with disappointment. FK's fridge freezer has broken down and she needs a replacement for food preservation. Please can you help her and bring changes to her life?
