£0 remaining for a Debt Relief Order
D has struggled with unemployment, depression and poor mental health. This combination of factors has caused him to get behind with paying his bills. Christians Against Poverty in Bury has been supporting him in finding a solution to his debts, and £90 is required to pay for the Debt Relief Order fee. He is unable to afford this, due to his low income, so would appreciate your support with this. Thank you!
L is a single lady with two children who has come to the UK to work in the care industry on the shortage of workers scheme. She has no recourse to public funds, hence no support at all from anyone at the moment, and her income is not enough to sustain the family. L is currently struggling to pay for all the bills and furnish the house for them to settle in. Mum is requesting our support to purchase a fridge freezer, iron and board, a bed and mattress for her children, and a coffee table.
S is thirty one years of age and lives with his partner and four children. They recently found out they are expecting another baby which is due in early May. This is a unexpected surprise for them and they are very happy to welcome the new addition to the family. After they had the last baby, they thought the family was complete and gave away the baby items to a charity supporting new mums. S has recently lost his job and the family are surviving on benefits. Please can you help this lovely family to buy a cot and Moses basket, some bedding and baby clothes?
N is fifty four years of age and is a carer for her grown up son, who has autism. Mum is feeling very isolated, as she can barely leave the house, due to being with her son 24/7 because of his behaviour. Recently, N reached out to different charities for help and has been referred to us. During a visit, she told us that her son`s bed and bedding is badly soiled. Mum has no way of replacing the bed, as there is no money left out of the benefits, once all the bills have been paid. Please could you help?
