£0 remaining for a Debt Relief Order
D has lost his job, due to health problems, and incurred debts while claiming for Universal Credit. He has no family or friends who can help him, and has been reliant on food vouchers. Citizens Advice believe that a Debt Relief Order is essential because D can't afford to service or repay his debts. He would be grateful for help with the fee so that he can make a fresh start with his finances.
M, who is mum to two autistic children, has no floor coverings in her home and, unfortunately, the children really suffer without carpets, to the point that it's a real struggle for them to relax in their home. M has no savings and doesn't work so her income is low. She can't afford carpets, but we can provide them free of charge if we could get a little help with the fitting costs. Please can you help us to make her house safe and comfortable for her children?
R is a single mum who is working full-time, but struggling to make ends meet. Her rent is high and so are her energy bills. She has no carpets down and this is pushing up her heating costs unnecessarily. Due to her low income and lack of savings, R can't afford carpets. Carpets down, that we can supply free of charge, would be huge for her. If you can help with fitting costs that would just amazing.
