£0 remaining for a Debt Relief Order
R is a young lady with Autism who has always struggled to manage her finances. She was in debt already, but was then persuaded to give up her flat to someone else. She thought the bills were being paid, but they continued to mount up in her name. R is now living with family, but has a lot of debt which she is unable to repay. A Debt Relief Order would clear these, allowing her to move forward with the proper support now in place.
Our client is a young woman with only one debt, but it needs to be cleared by means of a Debt Relief Order so that she can prove financial stability and keep her family together. Please could you help her by paying the £90 fee. Her only income is Universal Credit and she is budgeting well, but cannot afford the fee on such a low income. Many thanks!
This young, single mum has two very young children and is suffering from post-natal depression. Due to a failed relationship and her poor mental health, she has accrued debts that she can't afford to pay back. With support, she is making progress in dealing with bills and benefits but a Debt Relief Order would give her the fresh start she needs. Would you facilitate this by donating the £90 fee? Thank you.
