£90 remaining for a Debt Relief Order
N has come to Christians Against Poverty (CAP) for debt help. He has tried to sort out his debts several times over the years, but never got this far. Finally, with lots of hard work, CAP has said that N is suitable for a Debt Relief Order. This would clear his unmanageable debt and give him a fresh start, meaning that N's wage could go on his bills, not just debts. Please could you help him to get there?

CAP have worked alongside her to create a budget so that she can afford her bills and, at the same time, the unmanageable debt can be cleared with a Debt Relief Order. Our client has been struggling for a number of years. Having recently divorced, he is now living on a really low income and desperately needs a fresh start, but has debts from that relationship that are holding him back. He is on such a low income that saving more than £10 toward the fee for a Debt Relief Order is impossible for him. Once the debt is cleared, he is going to have more to live on, and his life will be sustainable; going forward, which he is excited about!
