£30 remaining for living expenses for a young mother

Our client was referred to us by a local school who had became concerned for the welfare of a family they were supporting. The young, single mother of two is currently struggling to pay for bills, debt and food and has no support from anywhere else. She is in desperate need of help to cover immediate costs, which will relieve some pressure and give her some time until further support comes from the government in the form of cost of living payments.

£90.00 needed for a Debt Relief Order

M has suffered serious mental ill health for years. She was still working, but this became so severe and made worse by being in a violent relationship and needing to flee. As a result, she accumulated debts which she was unable to pay back, as she was then on minimal benefits. M is slowly getting back on her feet and is now working with Christians Against Poverty. We have applied for a Debt Relief Order, so that she can be debt free, but she need the funds to complete the application.

£90.00 needed for a Debt Relief Order

Our client has recently separated from her husband, as she was a victim of abuse. Over the past several years, multiple debts have built up in her name and are currently at an enforcement stage. Due to recently move properties and having a limited income, she is not in a position to make a reasonable offer of repayment to her Creditors. We have reviewed her options and determined that a Debt Relief Order (DRO) would clear her debts and give her a fresh start. She is not able to afford the DRO fee and would really appreciate your help. Thank you!
