V is an extremally vulnerable lady who suffered a life changing brain injury due to domestic violence, which has also left her suffering from PTSD, anxiety and depression, and she is unable to leave the house. As such, V is on a very low income. Her bedroom carpet is threadbare, and her wardrobe is so badly damaged that it is not fit for purpose. V is a lovely lady who is hoping to lead a normal life one day and strives for that every day. With our help, we are hoping for a very happy ending to V`s story.

V and her sister cannot afford to live separately, so they share their accommodation. They are single parents and have two small children under the age of four living in the house.

Their fridge freezer has broken and mum is unable to buy another. She feels bad that she and her son have been managing on tinned foods, as she is unable to store any fresh food.
