This lady describes feeling very lonely and isolated, and wants to learn how to use her new Tablet to access Social Media, and connect with people. She has had no IT training, gets very anxious about this and is struggling to use an old mobile phone. She is in need of support to sort out some technical issues with this too. An organisation of Social Prescribers are able to provide this service, but there is a fee involved. She is unable to work due to ill health and is in receipt of benefits.
R has severe mental health issues and is being monitored closely. He has been referred to Christians Against Poverty, who are working to help him budget and manage his money. He now engages with a church, both socially and for Sunday worship; however, the cloud of debt and the threat of eviction is exacerbating his mental health state. Having the money for a Debt Relief Order would greatly improve his state of mind and allow him to make a fresh start, which he is so keen to do. Please can you help R?
S and her child fled Domestic Abuse and were housed in temporary accommodation. Mum has really made a life for her and her baby daughter, and they have now been moved into permanent accommodation. However, there is no flooring and this is not ideal with a young child. Please can you help us to provide a bedroom carpet for mum? Many thanks!
