H struggles with her mental health and has some learning needs. She was evicted from her old tenancy and had to leave everything behind her. She is being supported by Keyring to make a new start. Her new property needs a bedroom and living room carpet. As her only income is from Universal Credit, your support to cover the cost of this would be much appreciated.

Total needed £200N is a single parent and suffers from depression. Her cooker has broken. She has applied to Universal Credit for an advanced payment but has been told that because she has a mortgage and doesn’t claim Housing Benefit she cannot have help with household items. She claims Universal Credit and is awaiting a Personal Independence Plan assessment. Due to paying off other debt and having to do repairs to the house she has not been able to save any money and cannot afford a cooker.

Total needed £200K has moved sixty miles away from were she last lived with her family and friends, as they could not except her being Gay, and she suffered from depression, due to the stress. K is on a low income, but has been given an unfinished flat. Other charities have helped and the church is also helping. K needs a cooker as she hopes to get into a cooking course and become a chef. Cooking is a great therapy for her.

Total needed £200E is a care worker who has continued to work, despite a prolonged period of homelessness. She has recently moved into a flat and has no flooring at all, only the very basics, i.e. a bed, cooker and a chair. E is on a low wage as she works for an agency and spends a lot on work-related travel. She would be most grateful for some funding to help her carpet her living room.

Total needed £200Z, a single mother of three children, aged seventeen, sixteen and eleven, has recently been moved into her permanent address from homelessness accommodation. She is struggling with the financial pressure of household bills, as well as travel for her children, as they are still in Heywood schools. Z is struggling to raise money for school dinners and bus passes, and still pay for bills and food at home. She needs some financial support to settle this, as she is looking for a job in the new area, and would really appreciate your help.

Total needed £200K, a single mother with a nine year old daughter, is unemployed at the moment and getting help from her family. She got most of her household items from family members, but currently needs furniture for her daughter's bedroom. K is diagnosed with autism, which has currently got worse, and she is unable to get a job. She has applied for Personal Independence Payment, but it has not come through yet.
