£0 remaining for an electric cooker
R has been living in shared accommodation for over seven years after splitting from his family. This was problematic, as his ten year old son could never stay with him, due to the risk posed by the other tenants. R has now been given his first home by Birmingham City Council, which means he can have his son to stay with him at weekends. However, he does not have a cooker. R would like to apply for donations from Acts 435 to buy a cooker so that he can cook meals for himself and his son, when he stays.

This lady and her son left their family home, due to the husband being controlling and starting to get violent with her. They have now got a flat to move into and start their new life. They walked away with very little and we would like to be able to get them a fridge freezer to start them off. Please can you help?
Mum, who left the family home with three teenage children to care for, has suffered mental and physical abuse from her husband. She has not been able to take any household items with her. She has not worked for ten years, due to caring for the family. Mum is being provided with food bank support and, with your kind donations, we want to provide an electric cooker.
