O, who lives with her husband and three children in a block of flats, does not have a washing machine and does all the washing in the sink. The family are not allowed to claim benefits because they are refugees and due to the visa rules. O would very much like a washing machine and would be very grateful to those doners who could make that possible.

Total needed £200J has been part of the local community for about a year after being placed within our area. He is a trained barber and gives free haircuts to our most entrenched community members, making a huge difference to our hub. J has recently been moved to a supported independent flat, after living in shared accommodation, which is a much better living environment for him, although he is now in need of a few items beyond what he can afford on Universal Credit. Donations towards a wardrobe and a fridge would really help J.

Total needed £165N and her partner have just had a new born baby after a period of homelessness. Neither are currently working, although N's partner is looking for work. At the moment their only income is from benefits and they have no savings. They have been offered a property with a local housing association, but it isn't carpeted. We can carpet the property free of charge, but just need some help with the cost of fitting and are hoping someone can help.

Total needed £200This person lives alone and suffers with a certain amount of disability caused by meningitis in the past. She has no working hob and her only oven is in poor condition, and this is very energy inefficient when cooking for one person. Our client is fighting addiction and is receiving help with her debt issues. A multi-cooker, which turns itself off after a set time, will enable her to prepare meals for herself safely, using a minimum amount of energy.

Total needed £200AH, wo suffers from multiple health problems, cannot claim benefits due to her immigration status and is trying to get this changed. She used to live with a lady who brought her to the country, but was abused by them and ran away. AH is looking for work, and sofa surfing at the homes of different friends. A food voucher from Tesco would really help so that she can have her own food, as her friends provide some food, but not enough. AH uses foodbanks that have restricted her use to once every two months.

Total needed £120This lady moved into a housing association property two years ago which did not have a cooker installed and she has been unable to afford one in the meantime. She has multiple physical and mental health conditions meaning that she is unable to work and largely spends her time at home as she suffers from anxiety outside the home. Your support for a small, reconditioned, standalone cooker would enable this lady to do these things she enjoys again, and provide healthier meals.

Total needed £200L lost her mum when she was a teenager and the affect this had on the family meant she left home at the age of fourteen and was sofa surfing and in temporary accommodation until moving into one of our houses. L has worked so hard to gain tenancy skills to be able to live independently, and has now been offered a property. She is struggling to afford the white goods she needs to move in, and a washing machine would mean she can be completely independent in her new place.

Total needed £200A, who has recently moved into permanent accommodation after a long period of homelessness, is now volunteering for a local organisation and really turning his life around. He is blind in one eye and struggles with depression and anxiety disorder. On A's very basic benefits, he has £170 per month for all bills and food, and has nothing left to try to make his bare flat a home. A sofa would be an amazing start to feel like he has a home. Could you please support A in turning his life around?

Total needed £190X has recently been housed after being made homeless by a family member who evicted her from the family home. This was a traumatic time for her and she is grateful to now have a roof over her head again. The flat was empty on arrival, but she has been able to secure white goods and some furniture with the help of a kind neighbour. X would really like to make this flat a home and to do this would like a vacuum cleaner, a toaster, a kettle, some towels and bedsheets. Please help if possible.

Total needed £175J is starting again and is living in shared accommodation. All he has is a bed: no other furniture and nowhere else to sit, and he is starting to get down about this, which is also giving him back pain. He simply wants a comfy chair that he can sit in in his room, and not be in bed all the time. J has very low benefits and being a Type 1 diabetic, ends up spending quite a lot on food, which makes it so hard to be able to buy a chair. £90 would get him a comfy chair and improve his quality of life. Thank you!

Total needed £200This is for a family of two adults and two children who are unable to afford school uniform. One child needs a primary school uniform and one needs a full secondary school uniform. Both parents work, at least part time, on a very low income with some Universal Credit top-ups. However, this is just enough to cover bills, and leaves nothing spare for other expenses such as school uniform. With secondary school uniform being so expensive they simply cant afford it.

Total needed £200J is in need of a new fridge freezer as her current one is breaking down and leaking. She needs it to support her family, and it is an essential item in the household. She is living off Universal Credit, but that still isn't enough to make ends meet, and she currently attends her local foodbank. Having a new fridge would make a massive difference in J and her family's quality of life. Thank you for your generosity and kindness!
