A is twenty eight years of age and is a single mum to three children under the age of twelve. Her youngest baby girl is only one and has been given twelve months to live as she has heart failure. She has had open heart surgery twice, but the leak in her heart is unrepairable. Mum is being as strong as she can, but is back and forth to hospital so she can be with baby whilst her mum looks after the other children. A only receives benefits and has to get taxis to and from the hospital, therefore she is struggling to buy food and pay for her gas and electric.
This family friend has taken custody care of a teenage child who has absolutely no clothes except a school uniform. She desperately needs clothes, a coat and shoes. Chadderton Community Church has provided underwear and toiletries for the child. If this lovely lady did not take her in, the child would have gone into care as her mother is unable to have her back. Please can you help?
S has joined us at Homes of Hope as part of his recovery from addiction. He is doing well and is thriving in his new place. He is currently volunteering and is reliant on Universal Credit. S would like some funding for some extra storage for his room, and a qualification in security to enable him to get his Security Industry Authority licence to help lead him into employment.
B is moving into her first home with an eight month old baby girl. She had to give up work when she had her baby and her finances are extremely tight, her only income coming from benefits at the moment. Her property isn't carpeted and B is worried about the safety of her baby as she is now crawling and the bare floorboards are a potential hazard. Please can you help us to make her home safe and warm for this little family?

This gentleman recently moved into a new social housing flat, due to mobility issues, and no longer has a cooker. He is working hard to clear his debts and has just started a low income part‑time job. Without a cooker, he cannot prepare hot meals, which is affecting his health and finances.
