If you're a higher rate tax payer, you can claim back the additional donation HMRC has made through your self-assessment tax return.
So as long as you've paid enough UK tax to cover the additional donation, ticking the Gift Aid box means extra donations to Acts 435 and potentially extra tax relief for you.
