C is a young man who has found himself in a very difficult situation and, up until recently, was left to sleep out on the streets. He is currently staying in our Winter Night Shelter and looking to find work and a place to live. His current phone has slowly been breaking down until yesterday when it completely died. C doesn't have enough spare money to buy a phone that will help him in all the way he needs. He needs to use it to find places to rent, look for jobs and email his CVs.

Total needed £80G is requesting a mobile phone as he does not have one at the moment and cannot afford one. He needs immediate support, due to his limited income. A working phone is essential in today's world, due to its role in communication, access to information and services, emergency preparedness, and its ability to enhance various aspects of daily life and productivity. G needs this, not only to arrange GP appointments, but also to pay bills and arrange his daily life.

Total needed £100F is a refugee from Iran who is currently living in Home Office accommodation. She has to live on the government minimum payment of £9.58 per week. Unfortunately, her phone has broken and F needs a replacement. We are asking for £90 towards a smart phone. Please can you help?

Total needed £90N needs a new phone as hers is old, has needed many repairs and is on its last legs. She is a single parent who receives Universal Credit and has a lot of health issues. It would really help her to have a reliable phone, as this will make it easier to access the Universal Credit journal and to continue with her journey of sorting out her debts, with the help of Crosslight.
