April Prayer Bulletin

And put it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to anyone who had need.

Acts 4:35

As you may remember, last month we were blown away by the generosity of those giving in response to our reflection in Stewardship's 40acts Lent resource. We're thankful that this giving continued throughout March, which meant that we saw one of the highest months of donations that we have ever seen.

We received £120,480 during March, which enabled us to support the needs of 732 individuals and families. Please join us in thanking God for this incredible provision, and for the incredible 1,474 donors who gave to meet the requests on our website.

Yesterday our staff team and board of trustees (right) met to share lunch and talk through ideas on how we could grow our partner network, which would enable us to meet more needs of individuals in local communities throughout the UK.

Please pray for the team as we look to implement these ideas, and that they will produce fruit to see more partners join us so that we're able to help more individuals who have specific needs.

Firstly this month we are very thankful to God for:

The huge generosity we saw in March, which enabled us to help over 700 individuals.

A wonderful time at the Churches Together in England Conference, which gave us many opportunities to share our work with different church networks, and charities in association. Please do pray for follow-up meetings and conversations and that we can continue to share our work more widely.

An opportunity to share during the lunchtime prayer slot on UCB1 Radio. Please pray that this will be well received, and that it will encourage people to find out more about what we do.

The 732 individuals and families who have been helped in March by Acts 435 Advocates and Donors, with £120,480 distributed to those who need it most.

Please join us in praying for:

Our Fresh Start Campaign that we will be running in the lead up to Easter weekend. Each year we seek to fulfil all the needs on our website that will provide a Fresh Start to individuals and families, such as; a fresh start away from domestic violence, a fresh start after being released from prison, or a fresh start for those struggling with debt.

Our team, as we look to implement the action points that were drawn up at our team/trustee meeting yesterday. Please pray that we can see quick successes as we share about our work.

As always, thank you for your prayers for these individuals, our Advocates and for Acts 435 as we seek to do more for those in need in the UK.

Best wishes,
