November Prayer Bulletin
I am really enjoying the autumnal colours outside, and there is something wonderful about the bright colours as the nights also get darker - a light in the darkness!

As we head into these colder and darker months please do pray that our partner churches and charities can be a light in the darkness for those struggling; that they can bring practical help and hope to families and individuals.
This month we ask that you particularly pray for families who are experiencing poverty or facing hardship. Please pray especially for the children in these families who will be experiencing a lack of essential needs, such as heating and food. Pray for these practical needs, but also for their wellbeing as they face these challenges.
Firstly this month we are very thankful to God for:
Our connection with Christians Against Poverty, as we now have over 50% of CAP Debt Centres partnering with us to support their clients.
A couple of opportunities to share Acts 435 with Warm Welcome Spaces as they prepare to support individuals over the winter months. This includes being a part of their Winter Safety Net.
The opportunity to sign a Together Network Covenant with Church Urban Fund; these connections are invaluable to us as a charity.
Our connection with St Vincent de Paul Society, which is hoping to be able to support many more of their Conferences to partner with us in the coming months.
The opportunity to attend a Christian Communications Conference this week, with our friends at Jersey Road. Pray for the connections made, and the ideas that this conference has brought about for our team.
The 493 individuals and families who have been helped in October by Acts 435 Advocates and Donors, with £83,675 distributed to those who need it most.
Please join us in praying for:
The requests on our website that have been waiting over two weeks to be met due to a slowing in donations. Please pray that our supporters will be encouraged by our fortnightly mailing, which they will receive on Friday.
The recruitment of a new Digital Content Officer, as we hold in-person interviews next week. Please pray that we can find the right person to be a part of the Acts 435 team.
Our recent meetings with, or about, partnerships with Multi-Academy Trusts. Please pray for these ongoing conversations, and for the practical details of these partnerships.
An event in Birmingham that we attended, which had around 300 Warm Welcome Spaces. We had very fruitful conversations, so please pray that these will turn into new partner churches and charities in Birmingham.
As always, thank you for your prayers for these individuals, our Advocates and for Acts 435 as we seek to do more for those in need in the UK.
Best wishes,
Katie
