October Prayer Bulletin
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.
Ecclesiastes 3:1
We're looking forward to this coming season as a charity, and all God has in store for us, our partners and those we seek to help. Especially as we get closer to Christmas, when we look towards our Christmas campaign and meet as many requests as possible.

We have a lot of events coming up in October, which we hope you will join us in praying for. As well as these events, the 10th of October is International Mental Health Awareness Day. Please join us in lifting up those who are being supported by our partners and are struggling with their mental-health. Those who are accessing support through Acts 435 often have many other struggles, which can affect their mental health. Please pray for individuals to be able to seek the help they need.
Firstly this month we are very thankful to God for:
An opportunity to attend the Redeeming Our Communities Conference in November, and have a stand there. Please pray for good connections and opportunities to share about our work.
Our Speaker Team, especially those who have recently joined the team, as they go out and share the work of Acts 435 with churches and at events.
Our friends at Warm Welcome who support churches and community spaces to open up and provide a warm and welcoming space for individuals. Pray for them as we approach the colder weather, that they will be able to support more spaces to open and that we will be able to support more individuals struggling in these communities.
The 524 individuals and families who have been helped in September by Acts 435 Advocates and Donors, with £80,460 distributed to those who need it most.
Please join us in praying for:
Our recent blog will be appearing on the Jubilee+ website over the next week. Jubilee+ supports churches to reach those in poverty, so please pray that the right churches will see the blog and be inspired to partner with us.
Our Key Partner Gathering next week, at which we will also include some of our external friends from other charities and networks. Please pray that this is a fruitful and encouraging time as we get together at one of our local partner churches, and share food together.
Our team away-day in a couple of weeks. Please pray that we have a good time together, and that God will guide our conversations as we look at our wider mission and vision.
As always, thank you for your prayers for these individuals, our Advocates and for Acts 435 as we seek to do more for those in need in the UK.
Best wishes,
