£200 needed for a carpet fitting
H has complex health needs and is registered disabled. He has recently been supported into a property of his own. His only income is from benefits and he used what little he had saved on the house move. The property is owned by a local housing association who do not provide carpets in their properties. We can supply H with all the flooring he needs, if we can just get a little help with the fitting costs. Thank you for reading this request.

This lady has complex mental health issues which means she cannot work and has frequent hospital admissions. She receives Personal Independence Payment and Universal Credit. She is however repaying debts. Her mattress is old and in such a poor state that she never gets a full night's sleep which does not help her mental condition. Please will you help her get a new one.
£200 needed for a washing machine
A has just been offered a council flat and having been homeless has no furniture or white goods. Due to budget constraints the local council can only provide very limited support. A is on Universal Credit so is very limited as to what he can afford himself. He is determined to build a new life for himself in his new home. A washing machine would be a very helpful addition to his home as there is no nearby laundrette. Please help if you can. Thank you.

We are supporting a 66 year old man who has fled to safety in the UK from Iraq. He has recently had to have eye surgery and this has made his situation even more difficult. He is finding it hard to complete work on his mobile phone due to the print size. He would really benefit from a laptop so that he can work towards fulfilling his ambition of working one day as a blacksmith.

S is a single mum with four children aged from 8 months old - 13 years old. Her 3 year old has autism and is non verbal. She has recently been re-housed by the council and her cooker is no longer working. She desperately needs a new cooker. She would really appreciate any help towards a new cooker, especially with such a large family. Please can you help?

R is a lone mum in full-time employment caring for her six year old child with disabilities. R has recently fled domestic abuse and moved into a new home which is currently without carpets, curtains and basic household goods. She finds herself in a virtually empty house devoid of all household goods with no savings to draw on to furnish the property or meet these essential needs. R is requesting support to buy carpets for the bedrooms at her new home.

M is a single young man who travelled from Somalia 11 months ago. He is currently receiving the government allowance for food and travel, but is unable to purchase any new clothes or shoes. He is keen to settle in to the local community and this will help him to be able to do that. Are you able to support him?

I am supporting a 17 year old girl who has recently moved into her own property and is trying to furnish it. The young person has no family support network and is trying to build her own safe space. She is on a low income and struggling to get larger items, the money would be to purchase a living room sofa.

Our client was recently discharged from hospital and placed into temporary housing. Adult Social Care contacted us to help support them, which we have been and now they have been housed. While this is great news, unfortunately, they have no white goods or flooring at all. We are already looking to get support for them with some furniture and would love to be able to also get them some new carpet to help make their house a home. Can you help?
