She has a very low income and relies on low-cost food pantries to make ends meet, and can't afford to replace the fridge. This has left K struggling to keep her medication safely. Your help to buy a fridge would mean she can keep her medication safely, as well as being able to shop and eat properly again.

He has a number of debt arrears and has had his benefits halved in order to help rectify this. He has had short-term work, on and off, whilst being homeless, but his savings dwindled and he is now penniless. Our beneficiary is resourceful and has managed to source some items from kind people on local websites offering free furniture etc., and we are helping with other items. He is in need of a vacuum cleaner. Please can you help?

She lives in an asylum hotel and receives less than £9 per week from the Home Office. A does not have clothes or shoes that are suitable for a British winter. She also does not have a suitcase to put her items into, which is a problem as she is likely to be moved in the new year.

X, a care leaver and single man in his fifties, with multiple complex physical and mental health needs, is living on a low income of Employment and Support Allowance and Personal Independence Payment. He was sent an invitation letter from the Government to apply for the Warm Home Discount of £150 to help with his household energy bills, but his application was turned down as he pays his landlord direct (rather than a utility company) for gas he supplies to his caravan. X is currently paying exorbitant amounts for what his landlord purports is his gas usage.

Z has been living in a women’s refuge for the last six months with her three children. Her husband had subjected her to years of sustained domestic abuse before she plucked up the courage to leave him. Z had to leave with nothing and is now starting again in a new property. The house is with a housing association and unfortunately is not carpeted. We are hoping our kind Acts 435 donors will cover the cost of fitting if we supply the carpets.

Our client is a care leaver and a single mother of a six month baby. Due to safeguarding concerns, she has moved and is currently living in a house with no carpets. In order to make the house safe for the baby, the social workers have requested for carpets to be placed; however, the client cannot afford carpet. Our client would be very grateful if you were able to donate money in order for her to put down a deposit for carpets.
