Refresh - The Church of Weymouth and Portland in Action

Our debt client has not had a working cooker since 2021. Due to his health he cannot work at the moment and relies on benefits. He is doing really well at making food at home to help him save money and eat more healthily. We would love to support him in this by helping him buy a cooker so that he can prepare a greater variety of meals and do batch cooking.

This couple are currently reliant on benefits due to disabilities and have just had their first baby. They are currently living with T's mum but have finally got their own flat. They need to carpet the nursery but can't afford this at the moment along with all the other costs of setting up a home together for the first time. T's partner came here from Ukraine due to the war so we would especially love to help them make their home as comfortable as possible.
