Luminary
We are a social enterprise who support women who have been effected by multiple-disadvantages, including gender-based violence, through 1:1 support and vocational skills training. We use baking as a tool to help women start to prepare for employability whilst also providing holistic support around housing, finances, relationships and health.

Current needs
We are supporting a woman who is a survivor of domestic abuse, and is engaging with our training programme and working towards employability and independence. She used to cycle to attend appointments and key work sessions, but her bike was recently stolen. This woman faces significant health challenges, and being able to cycle again would have a positive impact on her physical and mental health. Additionally, having a bike would allow her to access work experience and save on transport costs.
