This single mum with five children is on benefits and has been sanctioned because she missed an appointment due to one of the children being poorly. Her washing machine has blown and cannot be repaired. It was a second-hand one and the warranty ran out a month ago. Mum is relying on family to help, but they are struggling themselves and cannot sustain it. Please can you help?

This family is on a low income and one of the children has complex, high risk behaviour. He has a sensory swing fitted to the ceiling in the living room which has become worn and started to snap, and the ceiling is cracking due to his behaviour resulting in kicking the walls and bouncing off them. The wall needs padding to prevent any more harm to himself. Please can you help?

This has stained the beds and left a lasting smell. Mum has bought mattress protectors, but the smell and stains will not go. This is causing huge stress to our client, who is very house proud. She has been given a flat of her own and is really excited, but has no funds to buy a sofa as she is waiting on her benefits to be processed. This young girl has been given a bed and cooker, and a blow up chair which keeps going down. She will be able to get a second-hand sofa and a table and chairs from a second- hand charity shop. Please can you help?

This young family, that is in a private rented property and on a low income, is in need of a bed and mattress. At present mum is pregnant and sleeping on the floor with one of her children, who has nightmares, so sleeps with mum. After paying rent, the family are left with £36 to feed themselves. Food banks and the local church are helping them as they have no family in this country. Please can you help?
