T cares for her partner who has sensory, emotional, and social needs. The biggest challenge she is facing at present is household chores. This is due to her partner's skin condition that requires extra laundry loads, which can be more than once a day. Her machine has broken and cannot be repaired, she is relying on trips to the launderette which are costly as well as time consuming. T herself has mobility issues so carrying loads to the launderette is impacting her mental health and well being.
