S lives with his partner in a council house, S and his partner claim all the benefits they are able and although they are just getting by financially, every so often they struggle with the food bill which led them to use our foodbank, they have not been able to save for a mobile phone, having a mobile will help them massively to be able to connect with local support that’s available. Foodbank are able to provide S with a SIM card if the funds for a phone are met.
