Project Pearl

This lady has come out of rehab and gotten accommodation but has ended up in arrears of £242 services charges. She struggled with life and ended up in her addiction again. She also struggled managing money. She is now back on track and going back into rehab in a few weeks but cannot afford to pay the arrears. She wants to go into rehab without this hanging over her.
