M is a single mum with health issues. She has just received a tenancy from the local council. She has nothing of her own. She receives Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payments (her Child benefit is currently being sorted out). She would really benefit from a bed and some storage furniture. Due to these circumstances her family have rejected her and she is living in an out building awaiting being able to move into a council flat that she is trying to make habitable. She really needs help with some flooring and glue for the kitchen.
