Chipping Barnet Foodbank

F, who has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, has recently been released from the hospital after receiving a round of chemotherapy, and came to the food bank in need of an emergency supply of food. She lives in rented accommodation and is struggling to meet bills. F has two sons who are students and are not working. After a discussion with mum, she mentioned that her oven is broken and she is restricted to cooking just on the hob or ,at times, can use her neighbour's oven, but is ashamed to ask.
