T is urgently in need of a vacuum cleaner. She is unable to purchase one herself due to being on a low income and benefit dependent. She has a therapy dog for her mental health support, which has brought fleas into her flat. Her vacuum has broken and she needs one to be able to keep things under control while she is waiting for the council to get back to her about treating the flat. She is also trying to get back on her feet following a recent relationship split due to domestic violence.
