S is on benefits, (Employment and Support Allowance and Universal Credit) and is struggling with her finances and is behind with her bills. She would like a donation towards getting a new settee. At the moment, her settee is in a very bad way and you must be careful sitting on it. She's ashamed of letting her friends and family visit because of this and she has learning disabilities. She is being supported by Keyring to enable her independent living.
