Current needs
My client is a single lady who suffers from depression, chronic pain issues, and concentration difficulties. She is unable to work, due to her declining health, and now has to live on a low, means-tested income. My client has accumulated increasing amounts of debt through her change in circumstances, and now is in need of a bankruptcy order. She would massively benefit from a fresh start financially, and to be free from the enormous burden of debt, but is struggling to afford the £680 fees.
