Springs Family Centre
We are a Christian charity birthed from New Life Church Northampton supporting people from all backgrounds and faiths. We run a community centre in the heart of Northampton. Our area that is very diverse and people experience a lot of poverty and disadvantage. We run an open access youth club 5 days a week for young people aged 8-25 offering sports, music recording studio, support and mentoring. For adults we run a free community cafe and activities to build skills and combat isolation. We run English language lessons, CAP Life Skills and Money Coaching and support with looking for jobs and 1-2-1 support.

Current needs
Two children who are regulars at our youth club recently had a very traumatic experience at home with their mum. Their house was broken into while they were there and their possessions destroyed and damaged. Their TV was destroyed, along with kitchen equipment, pots, pans and crockery. All three have coped incredibly well since this horrific incident, but the cost of replacing the items is a real pressure as mum is a single parent and on Universal Credit.
