Momentum Children's Charity

Momentum supports children with cancer and life-challenging conditions, and their families. We partner with local NHS hospitals across London, Surrey, Sussex to offer personally tailored support through our family support workers, both in hospital and at home. Our core services include counselling, creative therapies, special experiences, respite breaks and a specialist social work provision. If the unthinkable happens, we also offer specialist bereavement support. We support families for as long as is needed.
