N is having a difficult time right now, his mum passed away and then his wife passed away, he is currently living in a bedroom in a multi occupancy house. He is struggling with health issues and mental health issues. We have signposted N to our holistic advice worker and to mental health services in our area. He is alone most of the time and is need of a phone to contact hospitals, GPs and other health services.
