N and her partner S have five children the youngest of which is autistic. After a very long wait they were allocated a four bedroom house so their son with autism can have his own room and space. This is a new property which has no flooring. They are on benefits and her partner is getting some low paid work. They would be delighted to get some flooring for their lounge before winter sets in.
