This gentleman has been a rough sleeper and was involved in modern slavery. The anxiety of it has badly affected his mental health. He is living in a refuge to enable him to turn his life around, which he desperately wants to do. This gentleman needs a passport for identification when applying for jobs or accommodation, but he is now on Universal Credit and cannot afford to pay for one. This is a great opportunity for him to have a new, fresh start in safety with all the support he needs.
