This lady has been in hospital several times. Firstly for major heart surgery and subsequently for complications. During this time she has been unable to work but has not received benefits. She has been evicted and is currently in emergency accommodation. She is now on benefits and is hoping to be rehoused. At present she is trying to pay off her utility debt. The debt currently stands at £360 and she is aware that she will need to continue to repay the balance gradually from her benefits.

This lady has been in a custody battle with her ex partner. Her daughter is now due to move back in with mum on a permanent basis however the divan base of the double bed she has been given will not go up the narrow staircase. A new bed base as soon as possible will finish off her new bedroom and welcome her home as they resume their family life.
