F is a single mum with two teenage children who has just been moved into a house after being in temporary hotel accommodation. She needs support with the purchase and fitting of carpet for her bathroom, and funds to help her get rid of bulky waste items that require collection. F is still sorting out an application for Universal Credit and cannot afford to pay for these herself. Can you help please?
