A is single mum on benefits. She has a little girl age 4. After a period in a hostel, she has been allocated a council house which unfortunately is uncarpeted throughout. It would be a blessing to them to be able to carpet at least the 4 year old’s bedroom to provide a comfortable space in their own home after the disruption of living in a hostel.
